*SET UP & DYNO TUNE
MOTOR
Break in motor on Dyno prior to disassembly
*Remove muffler, air cleaner, gas tank, throttle
and pull start.
*Remove internal/external governor ,
plug hole
*Torque connecting rod bolts to custom
spec.
*Install side cover and torque bolts to
custom
specification.
*Rotate gearbox 90 degrees.
*Lap intake/exhaust valves for proper
seal.
*Install cylinder head and torque bolts
to custom
specification.
*Set valve clearances to custom
specifications.
*Remove choke assembly and plug hole.
*Replace carburetor main jet per Honda
rulebook
*Adjust coil position per custom
specification
*Modify starter cup per Honda rulebook.
*Remove on/off switch
Run motor on Dyno to
check settings
