Placing an Order:
- Go to the Parts Index and select the items that you are interested in ordering.
- Enter the quantities for each item that you want.
- Click on the "Order" Button and this will take you to the invoice and show the items that you just ordered.
- If you want to continue ordering from the same page just click on the "Back" button on your browser.
- If you want to go to a new page, click on "Continue shopping" and it will take you back to the index.
- When you have finished ordering, just follow the instructions for entering your name, address, method of shipping, etc. If you use a credit card it will be handled on a Secure Server so it is safe to use.
Shipping:
We will ship all in stock items within 48 hrs of receiving the
order. The length of time for delivery will depend upon the method of shipment that you have
chosen.
UPS
Ground: Will take from 1 to 7 days depending on where you live.
UPS 3
Day Select: Will take a maximum of 3 days anywhere in the country.
UPS 2
Day, Blue Label: Will take a maximum of 2 days anywhere in the country.
UPS
Overnight, Red Label: You will get your order the next day except for
orders shipped on Friday. You will receive this order on Monday.
Saturday
Delivery: If you do need an order delivered next day on Saturday,
you can specify Saturday delivery for an extra $12.00.
Federal
Express: We can also ship by Federal Express if you want.
Back Ordered items will be shipped within 30 days. If the item is still backordered after 30 days, this item will have to be reordered.
Returns:
All returns must be made within 30 days and be accompanied
by a copy of the original invoice showing the items being returned. Defective
parts will be exchanged at no cost. All other items returned are subject to a
15% restocking charge unless it is an error on our part. You must call and get a
return authorization before shipping anything back.
